About me

Early in life, I was very much into various sports at county,

international level and Junior Wimbledon.  I became a

school teacher, then worked at the BBC Open University,

predominantly in Social Sciences.  Following this I became a Human Resources Manager within Manufacturing and then with the Fire & Rescue Service

In 2014 expecting to retire, I fell foul of the 1950's Women pension injustice situation and became acutely aware of the repercussions to 1950's women and their families throughout the UK and abroad.  As a result, I retrained as a therapist and have been assisting all age groups, genders, cultures, religions, disabilities where I can.

I have also been a volunteer for Cornwall Coast Guard cliff top rescue. A Restorative Justice Facilitator for Devon & Cornwall Police. An Adult Literacy Tutor.

As a result I have a diversified background of life skills.

As well as counselling work I have also been a Management Trainer & have written & facilitated for a wide range of topics for example: Effective Communication. Managing People. Team Building. Counselling skills. Personal Development. Customer Care. Redundancy & won an Esso/Industrial Society Women in Management award.

For over thirty years, I have helped people break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life. Life's too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled. Let me help you learn and develop better ways to handle the issues that are standing in the way of your goals.
