I offer a personal, confidential counselling service using an integrative approach.  This can be either through face-to-face sessions in my therapy room in Honiton, just outside Exeter, Devon, or remotely via telephone sessions/zoom anywhere in the country, Europe, Australia or USA.  

 

For zoom all you need is a phone, laptop or tablet & a quiet, safe confidential space.  The most convenient way to access therapy.  

 

I offer an initial free 40 minute discussion, where you can, if you feel comfortable, share an overview of your situation.  I can explain about me & my work and gives you the opportunity to raise any questions you wish. We can then discuss & agree how many sessions may be required & what timescales.  After this we can see where our journey takes us.
